Privacy policy
This site collects very little, and what it does collect exists so a person can answer your message. Here is the whole picture in plain English.

The short version
No analytics scripts, no ad trackers, no marketing cookies, no newsletter you didn't ask for. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form or send by email, and we use it to reply to you and to route your inquiry. Write to hello@podcastadvertising.com any time to see or delete what we have.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Whatever you enter: name, email, company, website, budget range, and your note, plus your IP address and browser type for spam control. Submissions are stored in a private file on our server and emailed to the desk so someone can respond.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time). We use them for security and debugging, not profiling, and they rotate out automatically.
What we do with it
Contact submissions are read by a person and answered. If you write as an advertiser or a podcaster, your inquiry may be shared with the buyer or seller contact best positioned to help you, which is the entire point of the form. That is the only sharing that happens. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Embedded players
Some pages embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube loads nothing until you press play; once you do, Google's own privacy policy applies to that player. Audio ad excerpts play from files hosted on this site and involve no third party.
Cookies
Public pages set no tracking cookies. If a cookie ever appears from this domain, it exists for basic site function, not to follow you around the internet.
Retention and removal
Contact submissions are kept while an inquiry is live and for our records afterward. Email hello@podcastadvertising.com from the address you used and we will confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
